Being a specialist helmed by our Management team with over 25 years of experience in ISO tank services, our proven technical competency and continuous in-depth client engagement has enabled us to build long lasting, uninterrupted, symbiotic relationships with some of the world’s largest ISO tank owners and leading regional integrated logistics solution providers.
Through our emphasis on service quality and adherence to stringent international quality standards, our self-operated ISO tank depot has been conferred the ITCO Accreditation.

Key Milestones
Incorporation of Daya NCHO Sdn Bhd ("DNCHO")
A JV company, DNCHO, was formed between the Teo brothers' Malaysian holding company and Daya Clarimax Sdn Bhd to operate an ISO tank depot in Port Klang, which primarily provides ISO tank cleaning, repair and maintenance services.
Official commencement of operations
DNCHO officially commenced operations at a depot space leased from Daya Clarimax.
Obtained the ITCO Accreditation
DNSB’s self-operated depot was conferred the ITCO Accreditation Levels 2 & 5.
Changes in shareholding structure
The Teo brothers acquired full control of DNCHO.
Acquisition of Land
DNCHO acquired the land where our ISO tank depot is situated.
Renamed to Davis Neptune Sdn Bhd ("DNSB")
DNCHO officially changed its name to DNSB to better reflect its ownership by and association with Neptune Centuries Holdings Pte Ltd of Singapore, the private holding company of the Teo brothers.
Capacity expansion
DNSB embarked on an expansion plan to enlarge our depot operating capacity by 25%.
Introduction of strategic investor
Being a founding and longstanding director of DNSB, Nathan Tham was brought in as a strategic investor and acquired 30% stake in DNSB. He provides guidance to the senior management on strategic direction, ESG and investment-related matters.
